In this webcast, KPMG professionals navigate recent SEC activity and provide insights for the SEC’s key focus areas for the remainder of the year.
Applicability
- All companies with existing or potential future SEC reporting requirements
*CPE Credit: Participants will be eligible for 1.0 CPE credit in the field of accounting for attending one of the 60-minute sessions and responding to live check-ins. Since the content for the June 23 and 24 sessions will be the same, participants are only eligible to receive CPE for attending one session.
Continuing education
There will be one continuing professional education (CPE) credit available to participants who participate in the live webcast and meet the eligibility requirements. The webcast will last approximately one hour.
