During our Spring Planning webcast, BDO’s panel of professionals will discuss the important role that tax credits and other incentives play in a successful ESG strategy, along with other tax considerations and planning ideas. The panel will also examine tax planning ideas for the new amortization requirement for research and software development costs under Section 174, as well as potential pitfalls that companies might face in trying to balance implementation of the new requirement with the ability to claim the research tax credit under Section 41 of the tax code.
