Keeping up with the latest employee benefit and tax adjustments can be time consuming and overbearing for budgeting purposes. Sage Intacct Planning provides a quick and easy way to jumpstart budgeting using employee assumptions along with advanced benefits. Use these to set default employee costs for all employees and modify as needed on an employee-by-employee basis.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  1. Indicate how to set up advanced benefits to calculate employer tax
  2. Discuss how to use assumptions to store relevant tax rates
  3. Recall how to create customized advanced benefits for benefits and/or taxes
