Apply change management in an agile environment

Program Content:Change management includes a variety of approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals and organizations adapt to change. Because most people struggle to deviate from the status quo, change management can be one of the most critical and challenging aspects of large transformations.

Performing change management for a project that uses an agile approach has its own unique set of challenges. Instead of preparing people to adapt to change over a period of months, we are often preparing for and deploying changes via sprints every four to six weeks. A mindset of embracing experimentation, testing and real time feedback is mission critical to the success of the project.

This webcast will address how life science organizations using an agile approach can optimize change management to accelerate adoption, energize teams, sustain change, and get more value from projects.
