Achieve construction audit efficiency and effectiveness with appropriate subject matter knowledge, solid methodology and a toolbox of checklists and templates for each of the major phases of a construction audit. During this webinar, we will walk through how you can develop construction audit checklists and customization guidelines that meet the needs and risk mitigation goals of a construction project. Some of the checklists we will discuss include contract risk assessments, document requests, control interviews and auditor’s red flags.
