Charles Higgins
Mr. Higgins is a director in the Northeast Region of CBIZ Valuation Group. His valuation experience is focused on the high technology, pharmaceutical and financial services industries valuing financial and intangible assets. Mr. Higgins has provided valuation services covering primary and derivative equity securities, employee stock ownership plans and business enterprise assets. He has provided opinion services and performed valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, financial reporting and internal planning for public and private companies, nonprofit organizations and lending institutions.

Tami Bolder
Tami Bolder is a Director in the Northeast Ohio practice of CBIZ MHM, LLC. She assists clients with preparation of business valuations for estate and income tax planning, litigation, and marital dissolutions. She also provides litigation support for personal damage cases and breach-of-contract cases. Her other areas of expertise include valuation of intangible assets, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and debt valuation.

Jim Kelley
Mr. Kelley is a director in the Southwest Region of CBIZ Valuation Group. He has conducted valuations of both closely held businesses and public companies in a number of industries, including technology and software, consumer products manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial and business services, and natural resources.
