The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act includes a new 20 percent deduction that certain taxpayers can claim against qualified trade or business income. Join RSM at 2 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, Feb. 5, for a webcast that will examine recently released final regulations from the IRS on this new deduction.

During this 60-minute webcast, our presenters will discuss:

  • How these final regulations may affect the analysis and compliance process for many taxpayers during the upcoming tax filing season
  • Taxpayer options with respect to applying this and other previously released guidance for tax year 2018
  • Actions that taxpayers may need to take now to maximize the benefit of this deduction
