Craft a successful fintech partnership and avoid disappointment

February 19, 2019 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm EST

Participants of the live webinar will be eligible for 1 free CPE credit.

The demands of complex customers require partnerships between fintech startups and financial institutions.  Financial institutions have come to realize that fintech organizations have strengths that can complement their own strengths.  In order for this to work, you have to understand your own strengths, match those with fintech partners with complementary strengths and then build competencies together. You can’t just sign up for a digital account opening, payment service or leading tool and expect to get optimal results.

On this webcast, we will discuss how to develop a successful strategy that:

  • Establishes goals
  • Measures results
  • Assigns resources
  • Addresses culture
  • Coordinates training

Learning objectives
By the end of this webcast, participants will be able to explain how financial institutions can develop a successful fintech partnership.
