Program Content: With the target date for implementation of Pillar Two on the horizon, the OECD continues to hold consultations and issue commentary regarding the Implementation Framework. Many U.S. businesses with international operations will be impacted by the global minimum tax despite the lack of US legislative progress. Please join our international tax team, as we review Pillar Two and dissect the implications to provide you practical insights into how your business may be impacted. In addition, our team will discuss recent developments related to the 2021 final foreign tax credit regulations.
