He has served as a lead advisor on numerous domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions within the industry, including physician practice, behavioral health, hospitals, managed care, revenue cycle management, and pharmaceutical services.

Ryan Petrucelli, Director, Moss Adams

Ryan has practiced public accounting since 2011 and focuses on buy-side and sell-side due diligence across a variety of transactions, including asset and stock purchases, divestitures, carve-outs, and growth equity investments.
