Anil Ranavat, CFO, Homebound

Anil Ranavat is the CFO of Homebound, a tech-enabled homebuilding company. At Homebound, Anil has raised capital from institutional investors to accelerate the company’s growth and has worked to build and manage Homebound’s finance, accounting, and legal teams. Prior to joining Homebound, Anil spent approximately 15 years in private equity at HPS Investment Partners and Reservoir Capital, after starting his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Colin Wiel, Chairman and Cofounder, Mynd Property Management

Colin Wiel started his career at Boeing and has founded five companies since, including a Java programming consulting firm called Milo.com and Starwood Waypoint (NYSE: SWAY), formerly Waypoint Homes alongside Doug Brien. Colin has multiple patents in artificial intelligence, and he developed a pioneering airplane brake solution for Boeing. He earned a spot on the Goldman Sachs Top 100 Most Innovative Entrepreneurs and was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Jon Marks, Chief Technology Officer, Swinerton

As a member of several industry and cross-industry technology groups, Jon’s commitment to growing Swinerton’s leadership in construction technology is unwavering. He takes pride in delivering innovative and sustainable services; is passionate about finding, implementing and supporting next-generation technology solutions; and is dedicated to ensuring the success of Swinerton’s employee shareholders. Jon has led various large-scale IT implementations; is the architect of Swinerton’s current integrated applications ecosystem; and led the reorganization of the “IT” department into the current Business Technology department.
