MossAdams CPE Webinars

Participants of the live webinar will be eligible for 1 free CPE credit.

The Department of the Treasury issued the Final Rule of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) on January 6, 2022. The Final Rule provides guidance on the $20 billion of SLFRF distributed to Tribal Governments under the American Rescue Plan Act.

Join us for our webcast in which we’ll discuss key changes to the Interim Final Rule that ended up in the 437-page Final Rule, as well as highlight provisions that impact Tribal governments. We’ll also discuss areas that are more restrictive and areas that broaden flexibility on uses of SLFRF and share best practices to maintain compliance with eligible uses.
