Chris Lang, Director, Transaction Services, Moss Adams

Chris has consulted on business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and operational and financial strategies since 2000. He works with a variety of investor types, C-level executives, and other key parties on major business and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Chris held CEO, interim CFO, and additional roles in which he focused on operational and turnaround strategy. Over the course of his career, he has worked on over 35 transactions involving private equity investment, corporate finance, secured lending, restructuring and turnaround, direct investors, corporate recapitalization, and capitalization.
