Presenters will discuss common challenges and missteps in indirect rate structure development, as well as strategies for aligning your organization’s indirect rate structure with its strategic objectives related to compliance, cost recovery, and market competitiveness. Presenters will also provide insight into how contractors can strike an appropriate balance between optimizing their indirect rate structure and managing the administrative burden associated with cost allocation processing.
