We intend to share the current status with respect to the SEC’s recent proposal climate-related disclosures, along with significant factors to consider as other global standard setters and jurisdictions – e.g., the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), the European Commission, the UK and a myriad of other countries – move forward their own standard-setting agendas and what this means for convergence of integrated reporting currently and in the near future.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

• Assess any knowledge gaps to address to make reporting decisions responsive to evolving sustainability reporting requirements
• Describe potential impacts proposed disclosures may have on current data availability, collection and computation processes, procedures and controls in support of integrated nonfinancial and financial reporting
• Identify and prioritize additional resources to facilitate plans to advance ESG reporting capabilities
