Program description: COVID-19 has presented many challenges for not-for-profits, making it difficult for some organizations to execute their missions. However, even through these turbulent times, many not-for-profits are not only surviving, but thriving and increasing growth. The June 17th session will focus on the higher education and housing sectors, and the June 30th session will focus on the association sector and more.

Prerequisites: Current or past experience with not-for-profit industry planning and/or implementation issues.

  • What is a problem that your organization didn’t realize it had until COVID?
  • What has hindsight taught you during the COVID age?
  • What KPIs have been the most important to you during this time?
