Annie Rose Favreau, Manager, Moss Adams

Annie Rose helps public and social sector clients increase their impact through organizational assessments, strategic planning, and performance measurement development. With a focus on organizational development, she has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research, strategic communications, and collaborative facilitation. Annie Rose has worked with a variety of clients including the Berkeley Public Library, city of Santa Monica, city of Stockton, city of Salem, Seattle Public Schools, and more.

Tammy Lohr, CFE, Manager, Moss Adams

Tammy specializes in assessing operational performance, evaluating organizational structure and staffing, identifying system and resource needs, and streamlining processes to improve operations for public sector organizations, including state and local government, school districts, and higher education institutions. She focuses on key elements of each engagement, including leading interviews with key stakeholders; reviewing and analyzing documents; developing findings and recommendations; and preparing and presenting reports and deliverables that meet professional audit and reporting standards, as well as client expectations.

Chelsea Ritchie, CPA, Manager, Moss Adams

Chelsea leads numerous internal audits, policy developments, and other consulting projects, as well as external financial statement and compliance audits for higher education, government, not-for-profit, financial institutions, and health care organizations. She has performed and supervised numerous audits in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, Government Auditing Standards (GAS), and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). Chelsea also evaluates internal controls and risks related to accounting and finance functions, includes those surrounding treasury and banking processes, from both an internal and external audit perspective.
