Stephanie has practiced public accounting since 1998. She has experience working in all areas of tax preparation and primarily focuses on individual, estate, and trust preparation and planning. Her expertise includes working with multi-generational families to assist with income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning and transfer of assets due to life events.

Daniel Farley, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Daniel has practiced public accounting since 2008. He provides tax services to privately held businesses in the health care, technology, real estate, engineering, and restaurant industries. Daniel also works directly with business owners, specializing in estate and trust taxation and succession planning.

Nick Hoffman, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Nick has practiced public accounting since 2005. He specializes in taxation for small businesses and related individuals in the agribusiness, real estate, and renewable energy industries. Earlier in his career, Nick served as executive director of a small 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

After completing this training, participants will be able to explain key elements of Biden’s proposed tax policies; identify changes to the corporate and individual tax rate; list estate and gift planning opportunities for 2021; summarize the impact of the CARES Act changes on New Mexico state tax; and explain the impacts of state income and franchise taxes on remote workers.
