FreeEvent Navigation

Participants of the free live webinar will be eligible for 1 CPE credits.
The OECD’s Pillar II Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) rules are scheduled to take effect in January 2024, with the objective of ensuring large multinational enterprises (MNEs) with global revenue in excess of EUR 750 million pay a 15% minimum tax on profits in each jurisdiction they operate. MNEs within or near the scope of the rules should review the potential impact and set out a roadmap to address potential challenges and opportunities.
Join us for a webinar where we will discuss the status of implementation globally, the proposed U.S. adoption of Pillar II and key differences to the OECD Model Rules and EU Directive, as well as key areas to evaluate in modeling the impact of these rules.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the objective of Pillar II and potential impact on MNEs.
- Explain an overview of the calculation of GloBE.
- Review steps to prepare for Pillar II implementation, associated reporting and compliance and potential re-structuring considerations.
