Francis Tam, Partner

Francis has practiced public accounting with a focus on risk and compliance consulting since 1994. He concentrates on risk mitigation activities relating to information technology and security. Francis helps his clients develop a comprehensive approach to information security and technology controls, which may include cost-benefit or system analyses, compliance and internal controls reviews, project management and quality assurance, business process reengineering, penetration testing, external operational assessments, policy development, or financial audits.

Michael Boanta, Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, Moss Adams

Michael is a senior cybersecurity consultant with Moss Adams’ Cybersecurity Practice. He has over 11 years’ experience working with technical infrastructure systems and managing complex network environments. Michael brings to his engagements a vast knowledge in implementing enterprise solutions, developing priority-based technology roadmaps, scaling innovations for competitive advantage, and implementing IT business solutions from the ground up. Michael is familiar with a variety of operating systems including Linux and Windows, as well as programming languages that include Java, Python, C++, Verilog, and Android.

Marco Valverde, Partner, Moss Adams

Marco has practiced public accounting since 2004. He has significant audit experience directing all phases of audits and reviews for a variety of privately held middle-market apparel, manufacturing and distribution, and retail companies. Marco is well versed in managing audits in accordance with both US and international financial reporting standards, and working with clients with international operations.

Jana Wright, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Jana has practiced public accounting since 2007. She provides assurance and consulting services to clients in the apparel, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Jana’s specific experience includes managing audit and review engagements, acquisition accounting, cash flow projection preparation, and evaluating internal control and financial reporting processes. Her key to success is building strong, long-lasting client relationships. Jana is actively involved in the firm’s mentor program as well as the Moss Adams Forum W initiative.
