Rise of the Gig Economy: What You and Your Clients Should Know

August 25 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Free ADP CPE Webinars

Participants of the free live webinar will be eligible for 1 CPE credit.

According to a recent MIT/Deloitte study, while 74% of managers agree that effective management of independent workers and contractors is critical to their organization’s success, only 30% are prepared to manage a workforce that will rely more on independent workers.  As more companies look to contractors to scale their business, it’s important to develop a workforce strategy to manage these workers efficiently and compliantly.

As a strategic advisor, you will learn:

  • Avoid worker misclassification by engaging with independent workers in the right way
  • Shine a light on rogue spend and compliance issues that may already exist
  • Leverage technology to automate the onboarding, verification and payment of independent workers

Delivery Method: Group Internet
Course Level: Basic
Field of Study: BMO
