Aaron leads the firm’s merger management practice and has worked on complex business combinations including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic alliances since 2000. He works with leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely held businesses to multibillion dollar corporations. Aaron works across a range of industries including agribusiness, chemical, manufacturing and products, technology, and life sciences.

David Kavanaugh, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Combining 15 years of management consulting with more than 14 years in industry, David is passionate about helping companies creatively unlock long term value. As a management consultant, David provided M&A advisory services on behalf of buy- and sell-side financial and strategic clients across the entire M&A lifecycle.

Jason Koski, PMP, Manager, Moss Adams

Jason has provided information technology, IT due diligence, and merger management services since 2012. His transaction experience includes buy- and sell-side work for private equity firms and corporate investors, with a middle-market focus.
