Lauren has practiced public accounting since 2004. She provides compliance and consulting services for all types of exempt organizations, including public charities in the health care and higher education industries. Lauren consults on a wide range of issues including public support planning, reasonable compensation best practices, tax impact of alternative investments, lobbying and political activities, unrelated business income tax planning, foreign activities, charity watchdog optimization, and tax-exempt bond compliance.
Tracy Paglia, Partner, Moss Adams
Tracy has practiced public accounting since 1997. She has extensive experience assisting tax-exempt organizations on compliance and consulting tax issues from formation to termination. Tracy is a tax and consulting team member on public charity, private foundation, university, association, and health care clients throughout the firm.
Patty Mayer, Director, Moss Adams
Patty has practiced public accounting since 1984. She provides tax and related tax planning services with an emphasis on not-for-profit and Tribal organizations. Patty works predominately with public charities, private foundations, and Tribal organizations.
