Join Mike Platt of INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) and Jordan Birnbaum, ADP’s Cheif Behavioral Economist, as they discuss the findings of IPA’s 30th annual Survey & Analysis of Firms – the leading and longest-running benchmarking study of the business of public accounting. With over 550 firms across North America participating in this year’s survey, IPA’s Platt will present the data and insights from the report focusing on financial results, partnership issues, staffing, services, governance, administration, human resources and technology. Birnbaum will weigh in on the change management insights and activities that will be needed to help reshape mindsets and retool skillsets to successfully build the bridge between today’s operational reality and the aspirational future all firms are striving for.

Jordan directs the application of behavioral economics principles into new product development in the human capital management market. Prior to joining ADP, Jordan was a founding employee and Senior Vice President, Business Development, of Juno Online Services, playing a key role in a successful IPO and then beating analysts’ estimates for six consecutive quarters. Jordan graduated from Cornell University with a BS, Policy Analysis, and from NYU with an MA in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
