The effects of COVID-19 on businesses and consumers—and potentially the results of the upcoming election—will drive changes in commercial real estate markets across the country. As corporate tenants shift occupancy plans and households reconsider where to live, we’ll examine the impact on economies and real estate sectors.
We’ll discuss the implications of shifts in the economy, capital markets, and commercial real estate as the country begins to recover from the pandemic-related economic shutdowns and goes to the polls with several real estate-related ballot measures in play.
Please note, this webcast is part of our eight-part Virtual 2020 Building Opportunity Conference.
