The U.K. Finance Minister presented the U.K. Budget for 2023/24 on March 15, 2023. Join KPMG International Corridors for this webcast where we will examine the key budget announcements which are relevant for U.S. multinationals.
This session will be of particular interest given the U.K. corporate tax rate change from April, 2023 and announcements in relation to full expensing for qualifying capital expenditure. With the U.K. anticipated to implement the first elements of BEPS Pillar 2 from December 31, 2023, we will discuss the status of U.K. implementation and issues relevant for U.S. groups that are in-scope of Pillar 2 and have a presence in the U.K. We will also highlight other U.K. tax hot topics which particularly impact U.S. multinational groups.
