This session will provide participants with an overview of findings from the Crowe Executive Outlook Study, developed in collaboration with Forbes. In particular, attendees will learn how certain kinds of leaders thrive in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) operating environments. The study is based on a recent survey of 1,000-plus company leaders across various industries with $500 million or more in annual revenues.

In addition, Crowe industry specialists will share insights and best practices to prepare for the changing business landscape in these industries:

  • Private equity
  • Technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT)
  • Manufacturing
