Program description: Looking back at 2022, we see a road map full of twists and turns. From the newly enacted Inflation Reduction Act and the opportunities it offers taxpayers, to the tumultuous political and economic environments that are adding risk to our day-to-day lives. We’re also still working to understand changes that came into play in recent years, such as the State Pass-Though Entity Tax Changes and the upcoming reversal of changes enacted with the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
Understandably, businesses and individuals alike have many questions regarding the steps they should take now to get the most out of their year-end tax planning.
