SUMMARY:Healthcare Has Normalized Broken Workflows: How High-Performing Practices Are Redefining What’s Possible
DESCRIPTION:Ambulatory healthcare organizations have spent years adapting to rising administrative burden\, disconnected technology\, staffing shortages and operational inefficiencies. Over time\, many of these challenges have been accepted as “the way healthcare works” — even when they drain capacity\, increase costs and make it harder for providers and staff to do their best work. \n\n\n\nThis session examines the operational and financial costs of normalized inefficiency and the ways leading ambulatory organizations are rethinking how work gets done. Through industry insights\, customer examples and practical strategies\, attendees will explore how clinical\, operational and financial workflows affect one another — and how AI\, workflow automation and better technology alignment can help practices reduce friction\, reclaim time and improve performance without simply adding staff. The session will also offer five executive-level questions leaders can use to evaluate where their organizations are today and where meaningful change may be possible. \n\n\n\nThis 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to: \n\n\n\nPrepare executive-level questions and next steps to evaluate opportunities for improvement within their own organizations \n\n\n\nAnalyze the operational and financial effects of inefficient or disconnected workflows across ambulatory practices \n\n\n\nExamine how high-performing organizations use workflow redesign\, automation and technology alignment to reduce friction and improve capacity \n\n\n\nBrought to you by NextGen Healthcare

SUMMARY:How to Deploy AI for Results: CFO and Controller Panel Discussion
DESCRIPTION:A recent survey of senior Finance\, Tax\, and Accounting executives confirms what many Controllers and CFOs already sense: 67% have AI pilots underway\, but only 6% report enterprise-wide maturity. The gap between experimentation and measurable outcomes isn’t a technology problem. It’s a data\, governance\, and organizational readiness problem — and it’s widening. \n\n\n\nJoin a candid panel of peers featuring a CFO and Controller (TBA)\, and Prophix VP of Product Marketing Chris Porter for a practical conversation on how finance leaders are moving past the noise — and turning AI pilots into measurable results. \n\n\n\nThe panel will tackle the questions like where does AI truly belong in the finance stack — inside your ERP\, your CPM platform\, or a standalone productivity tool? What separates AI that’s proven from new\, un-tested AI? And how do you build a path toward autonomous finance. \n\n\n\n**CPE Eligible** \n\n\n\nField of Study: Finance Level: \n\n\n\nBasic Prerequisite: None \n\n\n\nAdvance Preparation: None required \n\n\n\nDelivery Method: Group Internet-Based \n\n\n\nRecommended CPE Credit(s): 1 \n\n\n\nEvent Inquiries: For inquiries as well as complaints concerning this webinar\, you are welcome to send an e-mail message to neil@controllerscouncil.org \n\n\n\nPlease note that only those who attend the live webinar will have the opportunity to earn continuing professional education (CPE) credit in connection with this webinar. SUMMARY:The 2026 Change Mandate: Leading Transformation with People\, Governed AI\, and Measurable Impact
DESCRIPTION:About this Event:\n\n\n\nHow are you thinking about transformation? Not as a roadmap\, but as a leadership practice. \n\n\n\nChange isn’t coming. It’s here\, and it’s constant. The leaders who are winning aren’t the ones who saw it first. They’re the ones who figured out how to land it\, sustain it\, and bring their teams with them. \n\n\n\nJoin Mandi McReynolds alongside executives from RYAM for an honest conversation about what transformation looks like inside organizations that have been through it. Together\, they explore what it takes to build a culture of adaptability\, govern AI with confidence\, and lead change that outlasts the moment that sparked it. \n\n\n\nAfter this webinar\, you will be able to: \n\n\n\n\nModel a culture of adaptability as a competitive business skill\, building a resilient\, human-led organization rather than another change initiative\n\n\n\nDefine where human judgment stays in the loop on AI-assisted decisions\, and govern AI-generated outputs with trusted data you can stand behind\n\n\n\nDevelop transformation that delivers measurable outcomes for your organization and the people doing the work change that outlasts the moment that sparked it \n\n\n\n\nThis webinar is eligible for 1 CPE credit.

SUMMARY:Bridging the resilience gap: Achieving effective BCM for the future
DESCRIPTION:Description: \n\n\n\nIn an increasingly volatile business landscape\, organizations face an intricate web of modern disruptions: geopolitical instability\, cyber conflicts\, and accelerating technological shifts. While most business continuity leaders report confidence in their resilience programs\, when disruption occurs\, dependency maps don’t hold up\, and recovery targets are missed. Traditional\, siloed approaches to continuity management often create an illusion of preparedness\, leaving critical operations unmapped and continuity plans untested\,  and exposing organizations to unforeseen vulnerabilities when a live crisis hits. \n\n\n\nIn this webinar\, we will share findings from Optro’s new survey of 500 business continuity leaders worldwide. Drawing on these insights\, we will examine why mature continuity frameworks still falter during major disruptions\, focusing on the hidden deficits in dependency visibility\, third-party risk architecture\, and cross-functional integration. We will discuss how the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence and automated systems is introducing entirely new failure modes that traditional resilience programs aren’t prepared to handle. Attendees will learn how to break down internal silos\, synchronizing risk disciplines\, and evolving BCM from a static exercise into a dynamic capability built for long-term operational resilience. \n\n\n\nLearning objectives:  \n\n\n\n\n Identify and diagnose the “Resilience Gap” within your own organization by evaluating the common friction points between internal confidence metrics and actual operational readiness during a disruption.\n\n\n\nArchitect an integrated dependency framework that moves beyond basic contract management to map upstream and downstream processes and evaluate their criticality to your organization.\n\n\n\nNavigate regulatory requirements for business continuity\, resiliency\, and testing to maintain compliance and provide value to your organization.\n\n\n\n\nCPE credit(s): 1 CPE upon live viewing and participation. CPEs not offered on-demand. \n\n\n\nField of study: Management Services \n\n\n\nInstructional delivery method: Group Internet Based \n\n\n\nLevel: Basic \n\n\n\nPrerequisite: None \n\n\n\nAdvanced preparation: None  \n\n\n\n*Click here for more CPE information.

SUMMARY:Third‑party Exposure: Dependency Requires Governed Accountability
DESCRIPTION:Description\n\n\n\nThird parties deliver critical outcomes for organizations while the exposure they create remains unmeasured and unassigned. This virtual session reframes third‑party oversight as an exposure problem by examining how exposure already exists within the enterprise\, how it drives cost\, delay\, and inefficiency\, and how governance begins only when exposure is defined and owned. \n\n\n\nParticipants will take away a clear structure for identifying\, attributing\, and governing third‑party exposure that aligns accountability with control and supports informed executive decisions. \n\n\n\nBy attending\, participants will: \n\n\n\n\nDetermine where third‑party exposure exists and assign accountability for dependent outcomes\n\n\n\nAssess whether decision authority aligns to the exposure being carried\n\n\n\nDistinguish between governed and inherited exposure and establish ownership boundaries\n\n\n\nDecide which exposures are acceptable\, conditionally acceptable or require intervention\n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend:   \n\n\n\nThis program is designed for individuals who own decisions tied to third‑party dependencies throughout the enterprise. This includes leaders responsible for procurement\, operations\, finance\, risk\, compliance\, and internal audit who are accountable for cost\, performance\, continuity\, or regulatory outcomes affected by third parties. \n\n\n\nCPE Accreditation:\n\n\n\nDelivery Method | Group Internet-basedRecommended CPE credit | Up to one hour of CPE\, pending approvalRecommended Field(s) of Study | Client ServiceCPE Capability | Specialized KnowledgePrerequisites | NoneProgram Level | BasicAdvanced Preparation | Nonetner\, FBT Gibbons
