SUMMARY:CJR-X: What to Know & How to Prepare
DESCRIPTION:CMS is expanding its use of mandatory\, episode-based payment models through the upcoming Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement Expanded (CJR-X) Model\, scheduled to begin in October 2027. This model shifts greater financial accountability to hospitals\, with performance tied to cost and quality outcomes across defined episodes of care. CJR-X is projected to generate approximately $725 million in savings for CMS over its first five years and doesn’t currently have a defined end date. CJR-X is expected to be finalized in the Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) final rule in late July or early August 2026. \n\n\n\nPreparing for participation in CJR-X will require an understanding of the model’s structure\, performance expectations\, and potential implications for hospitals. Organizations that begin evaluating their readiness early may be better positioned to navigate the transition. This session will provide an overview of CJR-X\, outlining participation requirements and key considerations for preparing to perform successfully under the model. \n\n\n\nLearning Objectives\n\n\n\nUpon completion of this program\, participants should be able to: \n\n\n\n\nDescribe the key features and goals of the CJR-X Model.\n\n\n\nExplain how CJR-X aligns cost and quality performance across an episode of care and shifts accountability to hospitals.\n\n\n\nRecognize the potential organizational implications of participating in CJR-X\, including impacts on performance\, operations\, and care delivery.\n\n\n\nIdentify key considerations and early steps to help prepare for and succeed under the CJR-X Model.\n\n\n\n\nCPE Information\n\n\n\n1.00 CPE Credit(s) (pending approval)\n\n\n\n1 CPE credit (pending approval) in the Specialized Knowledge field of study may be awarded upon verification of participant attendance\, during live broadcast. \n\n\n\nIf you have concerns or would like information regarding program cancellation policies or CPE credit\, contact us at cpecompliance@us.forvismazars.com.

SUMMARY:Confidence in Numbers: Strengthening Visibility as Business Evolves
DESCRIPTION:Event Overview\n\n\n\nWhat felt like confidence in January may feel like concern today. Margins are harder to explain\, forecasts lose credibility as assumptions weaken\, and manual workarounds quietly replace the controls you thought were in place. \n\n\n\nThese aren’t failures — they’re signals that growth is outpacing your capabilities. As resources stretch and DIY reporting no longer meets expectations\, visibility declines and decisions slow when they need to accelerate. In this session\, we’ll move beyond identifying the problem and into what it takes to solve it. \n\n\n\nWe’ll explore how finance leaders are strengthening visibility by streamlining accounting operations and putting analytics to work\, replacing fragmented\, manual reporting with trusted KPI dashboards\, automating the close to surface margin insight faster\, and building disciplined\, driver-based forecasting models that leaders can actually act on. \n\n\n\nFor information regarding a complaint and/or program cancellation policies\, please contact Laura Schons \n\n\n\nReturn to Eide Bailly Website HERE. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo view the Eide Bailly Disclaimer click HERE.
