Event Overview
This presentation provides an overview of the services offered by Eide Bailly’s Tax Controversy team. Attendees will gain insight into how we support clients facing IRS and state tax challenges, including audits and examinations, penalty abatement, collection cases, procedural errors, and Tax Court matters. The session will also walk through common scenarios and explain how controversy services can be a valuable resource to clients and engagement teams.
