From COA Chaos to AI Confidence: A Finance Data Playbook

April 14 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT
Finance leaders are sprinting toward AI, but AI doesn’t “fix” finance data. It amplifies whatever is already there: messy mappings, inconsistent dimensions, chart of accounts (COA) sprawl, and disconnected source systems. In this session, we’ll move past generic “data quality” advice and walk through a practical AI-readiness scorecard you can use now.
Using real-world finance scenarios (multi-entity mapping, COA rationalization, dimension standardization), you’ll learn how to stabilize the model first, then identify the highest-ROI automation and AI use cases that become possible once the foundation is sound. We’ll end with a 30-day readiness sprint plan you can take back to your team.
Webinar takeaways: – Assess finance AI-readiness using a scorecard across data readiness, ecosystem, governance, and value realization. – Identify and prioritize 3–5 AI/automation use cases – Apply a practical approach to improving dimensionality, mappings, and COA structure
