Join Crowe specialists for a webinar covering recent insights from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

This session will provide a timely update on key developments from the NAIC Financial Condition (E) Committee and the Innovation, Cybersecurity, and Technology (H) Committee. Participants will gain insight into current regulatory priorities, active task forces and working groups, and emerging proposals that could affect insurers, regulators, and related stakeholders.

Drawing on participation in recent NAIC meetings, the presenters will translate regulatory discussions into practical considerations for the insurance industry and highlight anticipated changes that could affect financial reporting, solvency oversight, innovation initiatives, and technology and cybersecurity regulations.

After attending this session, you should be able to:

  • Identify the primary regulatory priorities and current initiatives under consideration by the NAIC Financial Condition (E) and Innovation, Cybersecurity, and Technology (H) committees
