Project management is a critical skill in the Internal Audit profession. Join us for this skills development training as a project management educator shares steps that need to be taken to ensure successfully executed projects, including: identifying the project team and responsibilities, stakeholder and subject matter expert involvement, project plans, risk management, criteria for project completion, and more. While aimed at beginner- to intermediate-level internal audit team members, the course will remind experienced professionals that project management always includes reviewers and approvers at different levels of expertise, and will validate the use of skills, tools, and best practices for successful projects.
