Session 1:
Human-First, AI-Smart: How to Future-Proof Your Firm
2:00 – 2:50 PM ET
The most innovative firms aren’t just using AI to save time. They’re using it to elevate their people, rethink how they measure success, and transform their entire approach to talent, advisory, and client service.
In this session, we’ll explore what it truly means to lead with an AI-first mindset—not as a tech trend, but as a strategic people investment. You’ll walk away with a framework for using AI to make smarter decisions, upskill your team, and shift your firm’s value proposition from compliance to deep client connection.
Learning Objectives:
- Why AI-First? What It Means and Why It Matters Now: Learn how an AI-first lens changes workflows, team dynamics, and advisory impact.
- Understanding AIQ: Raising Your Firm’s AI Intelligence: AIQ = your firm’s collective intelligence around how to use, question, and apply AI meaningfully. You’ll learn how to build AIQ across roles, from admin to leadership.
- Data Foundation: Learn where to start with data—especially the human kind. We’ll explore how AI can analyze calls, notes, and conversations to help your team become better communicators and problem-solvers.
- Talent and Upskilling: Learn how firms are using AI to train the next generation—with real-time feedback, behavioral metrics, and skill-building frameworks that go far beyond CPE.
Session 2:
Roundtable Discussion: AI and the Future of the Profession
3:00 – 3:50 PM ET
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping accounting, but the biggest opportunities aren’t in abstract theory—they’re in practical, day-to-day applications. In this interactive roundtable, industry leaders and AI adopters will share how accountants can leverage AI to save time, improve client service, and grow revenue. From client letters and meeting note analysis to peak-season scheduling and staff training, attendees will hear concrete examples and lessons learned from both the practitioner and technology perspectives. This session will also explore how to evaluate where AI is (and isn’t) the right tool for the job, helping firms adopt AI with confidence and purpose.

- Identify practical AI use cases in accounting, including client communications, meeting summarization, and workflow automation
- Evaluate how AI can improve efficiency and profitability during peak workload periods such as tax season
