The Argentine Congress approved an incentive regime for large investments known as RIGI (Régimen de Incentivo para Grandes Inversiones). The focus of this regime centers around predictability, stability, and legal certainty to help encourage large long-term domestic and foreign investments for various key sectors.
This session is intended for multinational companies with current or planned operations in Argentina to help them understand the various tax challenges and opportunities provided by this new incentive regime.
