BDO Talks Tariffs: DOJ Investigations, Latest Direction, and FCA Overlay

Tariff enforcement and Department of Justice scrutiny continue to evolve quickly, creating growing regulatory and trade compliance risk for companies involved in importing, sourcing, and international trade. This webcast will examine the latest developments in tariffs, where the DOJ is focusing its investigations, and how the False Claims Act can be used when businesses are alleged to have knowingly evaded duties or made false statements tied to related to classification, origin, valuation, antidumping/countervailing duties, special trade programs, or free trade agreements.
