Create work-life harmony: Change your habits to change your life

Do you find it hard to change your ways? You may notice that you receive the same feedback and messages from your family, friends, and colleagues, but you haven’t taken steps to change it in your life. The truth is, the hardest person to change is…ourselves. When we notice a recurring pattern in our life, that is a sign that it is a habit for us. Habits are the #1 thing that determine our quality of life. When you change just one habit, you can create a positive impact on your life and most likely those around you. To create work-life harmony, it is important for us to take the time to create the awareness of ourselves to honestly self-assess and be open to the process of transformation. One habit at a time.
In this session you will learn how to:
- Unwind self-defeating behaviors and patterns and instead create healthy habits that last.
- Identify the beliefs that created the programming that led to decisions you have made in your professional and personal life.
- Create a framework to let go of old beliefs and create new ones that result in intentional habits that benefit you and leave you feeling empowered to create the life you desire.
