- 10-year limit to claim funds in Ohio, and the use of unclaimed funds to subsidize stadium projects, including $600 million for a new Cleveland Browns stadium.

- California’s recently adopted SB 822, officially classifying cryptocurrency as intangible property under the Unclaimed Property Law.
