Organizational culture shapes how risks, decisions, and behaviors are managed, yet it is often viewed as an ideal rather than a tangible asset. In this webinar, Richard Chambers, AuditBoard’s Senior Advisor, Risk and Audit will share the findings of AuditBoard’s “2025 Organizational Culture and Ethics Report.” The research disclosed that organizations must deploy a shared culture risk model that aligns the efforts of management, internal auditors, and the risk management and compliance teams for success. Finally, Richard will explore six six core recommendations to help organizations operationalize culture risk within the GRC ecosystem.
