Mandatory bundles are coming! Medicare’s final rule for the Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM) will be released in August 2024, and in it, CMS will determine which hospitals and geographies will be mandated to participate. Approximately 25% of IPPS hospitals will be selected, and will begin risk for 30-day episodes effective 2026. This webinar will delve into the details of TEAM and outline how selected health systems should prepare operationally, clinically, and financially.
