As legal, compliance, and investigative teams face growing data volumes and pressure to move faster, AI is becoming an increasingly practical tool in review workflows. This session explores how GenAI can be used defensibly in document review, privilege analysis, and summarization, while maintaining appropriate human oversight. Participants will examine reviewer-in-the-loop validation methods, key risk controls, and practical ways to measure quality, efficiency, and cost outcomes that matter to stakeholders.

To receive CPE credit for participation in a BDO webcast program, you must respond to the occasional polls that appear throughout the program and be in attendance for a minimum of 50 minutes.
