Preventing Catastrophic Failure: Governance & Guidelines to Embed Resilience In Operations

May 13 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm EDT
In an increasingly volatile and inter-connected risk environment, organizations are facing challenges that can escalate in minutes – especially those triggered by cyber incidents such as AI-generated attacks, targeted infrastructure, expanded ransomware exploitation, third-party and supply-chain vulnerabilities, etc.
With regulatory scrutiny rising and stakeholder expectations for transparency growing, crisis management and organizational resilience are now critical capabilities for protecting operations, decision-making, and trust.
Join BDO for a practical discussion on how crisis management and resilience need to evolve with risks facing the entity. Our specialists will share strategies to help you anticipate and contain cyber events, coordinate effective cross-functional responses, and recover in a way that strengthens your organization going forward. You’ll leave with actionable steps to enhance crisis readiness, improve response playbooks and governance, and build resilience that helps your business maintain continuity under pressure.
