Don’t miss BDO’s 2025 Quarterly Technical Update Webcast Series which continues our tradition of helping financial management, board directors and audit committees stay on top of today’s hot topics and current developments. 

Each quarter, the program will discuss recent changes and proposals that occurred during the quarter with respect to various topics in accounting and financial reporting.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize recently released, project and proposal stage accounting and financial reporting guidance developed by the FASB, EITF and PCC.
  • Describe timely SEC guidance, topics and resources and their general impact on accounting and financial reporting.
  • Describe project and proposal stage literature that may have a broad impact on financial reporting.
  • Describe evolving corporate governance activities including those of the PCAOB, CAQ and other organization’s topics and releases.

Information about CPE Eligibility

To receive CPE credit for participation in a BDO webcast program, you must respond to the occasional polls that appear throughout the program and be in attendance for a minimum of 50 minutes. You will receive an email notification following the program if you completed the necessary polls and qualified for CPE credit. This email will include instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.

Please Note: Per BDO USA’s CPE Compliance policy, CPE will not be issued for programs that fail to comply with the NASBA Standards, or to individuals who do not meet the attendance requirements. For example, a professional attending a webcast must respond to at least 3 polls per CPE credit.
