Background: The Tax Policy Trifecta of 2025
Tax executives are facing three significant disruptors coming together at the same time – the expiration of certain Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) provisions, the implementation of the OECD’s global tax deal, and ongoing regulatory and executive action changes.
