This session will be perfect for companies who want a basic understanding of the new transferability of federal tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). During this session we will cover basic fundamentals and compare two of the most prevalent Inflation Reduction Act Credits on the market, the Investment tax credit (ITC) and the production tax credit (PTC). Additionally, we will discuss the final regulations applicable to buyers and sellers of credits while highlighting important considerations and risk areas.
