The Possibly Impossible System Objectives

October 23, 2025 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
Event details
What if your systems team could align every ticket, workflow, and project with the strategic priorities your board cares about most?
In this CPE-eligible session, we’ll introduce a new framework: the possibly impossible system objectives (PIPSOs), which include eight ambitious targets such as perpetual close, unit economics, and zero maintenance needs. Based on analysis of more than 100,000 completed work items, these objectives reveal the real why behind the most valuable systems initiatives.
While no company might ever fully achieve them, every step toward a PIPSO creates measurable, strategic, economic value – from faster internal audits to sharper board reporting to more confident investment decisions.
You’ll learn how to:
- Reframe your systems backlog as a strategic asset
- Align operations with executive-level goals
- Speak the language of value, not just velocity
Join us to learn how the possibly impossible can help your team drive real transformation one aligned initiative at a time.
