Like many industries, manufacturers are seeking ways to attract and retain workers. However, for manufacturers, the pressure to do so comes with the additional challenge of an upcoming skills gap. It is forecasted that as many as 3.8 million manufacturing jobs will need to be filled by 2033.* Join us as we discuss the tactics company leaders can implement now to help retain employees, encourage current employees to grow their skill set, and attract new talent.
