Costpoint Project Best Practices Tips & Tricks

This webcast is designed to enhance participants’ proficiency in utilizing Costpoint for Revenue and Billing. Participants will learn best practices for setting up revenue and billing formulas, setting the project up for success. The course will also cover ICS settings, Year-end processing, and redistributing revenue. Additionally, the webcast will address indirect rate overrides and identify Costpoint configurations to ensure accurate billing calculations. Participants will gain proficiency in utilizing Business Intelligence Reporting to find the data needed to create meaningful reports and dashboards.

- Demonstrate Costpoint knowledge and skills to ensure accurate revenue computing, optimize revenue management, and align revenue distribution with the project’s financial goals.
- Distinguish Costpoint configurations to ensure accurate billing calculations and utilize billing setup to ensure Accounts Receivable balances are correct by project.
- Review the steps for utilizing Business Intelligence Reporting and sourcing data for effective reports and dashboards.
Information about CPE Eligibility
To receive CPE credit for participation in a BDO webcast program, you must respond to the occasional polls that appear throughout the program and be in attendance for a minimum of 50 minutes. You will receive an email notification following the program if you completed the necessary polls and qualified for CPE credit. This email will include instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
