This session will explore how boards and executive teams are navigating the accelerating pace of artificial intelligence and the growing divide between organizations that are realizing meaningful ROI from AI and those that are struggling to integrate it effectively. Drawing on findings from Protiviti’s third annual Global Board Governance Survey in partnership with BoardProspects, this webinar highlights how confidence in responsible AI integration, ethical deployment, and governance frameworks is closely linked to stronger business outcomes.
Based on a global survey of board members and C-Suite leaders, the discussion will examine how perceptions of AI benefits, risks, and obstacles vary by organizational maturity, why innovation risk has emerged as a top concern for more advanced organizations, and what this means for board oversight going forward. Attendees will gain practical insights to help boards ask better questions, strengthen governance, and more effectively oversee AI driven transformation.
